Bukunola M. Akinmoladun (Mrs.) FCA, FCTI, MBA The Managing Partner

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria; and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation with over three decades of hands on experience in Accounting, Consulting and tax advisory services. 'Bukky trained with Ernst &Young Chartered Accountants, one of the foremost international Accounting Firms in Nigeria in the early 1990s

A former lecturer at the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, she started her career with the Onward group of companies in 1988 and became the pioneer financial Accountant of the major Subsidiary (Epesok Paper Mill) setting up the Accounting and cost accounts departments of the then young company which has now become a leader in her industry.

Bukky is a Tax and Financial Accounting specialist with deep experience in several sectors of the Nigerian economy especially in the Oil & Gas sector where she was for over 13 years including Bouygues offshore (Now Saipem). Having served at various capacities in the Oil & Gas industry, she resigned as the Financial Controller of SDEM Erectors Nig. (An indigenous Engineering Construction Company) to pursue her passion of helping start-up companies in setting up and ensuring compliances, with a focus for stability and growth. Her wealth of experience and dedication to work is an asset to the firm. She has in her various capacities being engaged as consultant to other firms on technical and tax matters including NIETI audit, Tax Audit monitoring and representing other private organization on tax audit matters.

She has attended several courses and seminars both locally and internationally one of which is the DeloitteAudit Academy on IFRS, COSO and Case ware. Bukky is an Author and a mentor.

Olukayode Tijani FCA, ACIS, ACIT Associate Partner- Audit

Mr. Tijani is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Nigerian Institute of Stockbrokers with over two decades of hands-on experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Advisory Consulting, Capital Market Operations and Lecturing on Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance.

He started his carrier with Akintola Williams & Co (now Deloitte) in 1989, rising from qualified trainee to a Manager. He then joined First City Merchant Bank (now First City Monument Bank) as pioneer Financial Controller and was later transferred to the City Securities Limited Group where he rose to the position ofGroup Head of Operations.

He later joined Societe Internationale Telecommunication Aeronautique (SITA) as Regional Financial Controller (West Africa 2) from where he was transferred to Equant Nigeria Limited (a world leading telecommunication group owned by France Telecomm) as Director/Country Representative for Nigeria and Ghana. In this capacity, he was responsible for the restructuring of the operating structures of SITA (in Nigeria and Ghana) from a non-profit making entity to a profit making entities – Equant Nigeria Limited and EquantGhana limited.

A former Finance Director at DN Meyer, Kayode is a chartered Stockbroker with extensive exposure in the Capital Market and Financing operations. He is an experienced Financial Adviser, investment banker and management consultant with over 25years experience. In addition, for over 20 years on a part-time basis, he was involved in preparing students for professional examinations of ICAN and CIS in Accounting, Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance. He is currently an examiner with the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Adejola, Adefemi Olatunde FCA, ACIT Consulting Partner-Statutory and regulatory compliance

Adejola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Taxation (CITN). A Bachelor of Science graduate of University of Ilorin in Education and Mathematics, he trained with BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and has over two decades experience in auditing, consultancy and taxation services. He left the services of Mutual Benefits Assurance as Acting Head of Internal Audit in January 2017 after about five years of meritorious service to pursue his passion for private practice.

Femi as often called is passionate about auditing, consulting, reading and creative writing. As a one - time teacher, he enjoys impacting knowledge, thereby building capacity and multiplying himself in others.
