Bukunola Akinmoladun drives the growth and expansion of BMO & Co as Managing Partner. She possesses three decades of hands-on experience in tax, auditing, accounting, and consulting.
Bukunola Akinmoladun has held key roles in leading companies operating in different sectors including Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Oil & Gas. She served as a pioneer accountant in many of these organisations, setting up their accounting and cost departments. Particularly, she possesses significant experience in the Oil & Gas sector serving as a Tax specialist for over a decade in the sector.
Inspired by a background in academia as a former lecturer at the Yaba College of Technology, Bukunola Akinmoladun is passionate about creating learning programs to equip young professionals with industry-specific skills. She also regularly advises startups and legacy businesses navigating growth, structural and regulatory challenges.
Bukunola Akinmoladun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
Muyi Alatise Balogun is the Principal Consultant of BMO & CO. She is a seasoned tax expert with over two decades of service in the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) where she accumulated extensive experience in taxation, audit, and investigation.
During her service in the FIRS, she represented the organisation on the West African Gas Pipeline Project and served as Nigeria’s representative at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) meetings on International Standards on Accounting and Reporting. She also served as a member of the Technical Committee of the FIRS and a member of the FIRS Tax Law Review Committee.
At her retirement in 2004, Muyi Alatise Balogun was the Deputy Director responsible for the supervision of all the FIRS offices in Lagos State,
Muyi Atatise-Balogun combines her public sector experience with a passion for providing advisory services to state governments, federal agencies, and businesses. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
